Wellington Park provides a wide range of long-term and short-term care, including nursing, convalescent, respite, post-operative, and palliative care. We have a team of qualified nursing staff and highly trained care assistants who provide high-quality 24-hour care for our residents. We have a long-standing resident GP who visits the home regularly providing support and advice for our residents. In addition, our residents receive input from other healthcare professionals as required. Our residents’ care is especially tailored to meet their individual needs and preferences. Residents will receive care in accordance with their individual care plans, which are regularly monitored and updated. We aim to provide the highest, holistic care for each of our residents, involving the resident, relatives, and friends.
